Assist in executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Support player segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle marketing execution.
Track campaign performance and compile regular reports and insights.
Contribute to the improvement of user retention, engagement, and reactivation processes.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM activities.
Maintain and update user data and campaign schedules within the CRM platform.
Assist with A/B testing and analysis of player behavior and campaign performance.
