Responsible for invoice preparation, data entry and record keeping, resolving billing discrepancies, collection and reconciliation, auditing and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Operations Management or any related field
At least with 2 years’ experience in billing process preferably in construction industry
With background in accounting works
Proficient in functions of MS Excel & MS Word
Familiarity with Quickbooks or any other accounting software is an advantage […]
