Reviews job schedule (on a daily basis), retrieves LSD color guide, color sequence, lay-out and retained sample sheet to be used as reference in the production.
Assists and coordinates with operators during initial start-up until stabilization of coating and printing quality.
Checks and approves registration, color, image, texts (during preparation/set-up of every job) and proper feeding of metal substrates.
Ensures standard oven temperature was set.
Conducts quality and food safety testing procedures during production and ensures conformance to standard specifications
Prepares and submits QC report...
