Inventory Monitoring
• Conducts Physical Wall to Wall count of Warehouse and all GT-selling
• Prepares Variance Report (System vs Actual)
- Warehouse daily variance report and Spot count variance report
- VRS/SRS variance report
• Reconciles any variances of actual inventories as against system records
• Prepares documentation (charge receipts) of any shortages incurred by warehouse or GT-selling personnel
• Ensures inventory shortages are being recorded and invoiced in the system
• Requests for system adjustments of any inventory overages (warehouse & GT)
• Record to system for any overages incurred...
