Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology
Experienced in all facets of HR functions such as end to end hiring procedure, trainings, payroll, compensation, and benefits
Familiar with Labor Laws of the Philippines
Effective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview
