-Bachelor Degree graduates in HRMD/ Psychology or similar
-With minimum of 2 years’ experience as Recruitment Officer working in an industry of employee relations and manpower agency.
-Knowledgeable in processing of end-to-end recruitment, documentation, on boarding, and deployment.
-Knows how to make talk with the client, negotiate, attend meetings, process requirements in different government agencies such as DMW, DFA, OWWA, Immigration, Embassy, DOLE, etc.
-Can do marketing research for clients, make presentation and negotiate
