1.Monitor and coordinate importation of units and explanation of unit’s racks.
2. Prepare requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Payment (CP) and monitoring the assigned brokers in CP processing.
3. Check rates of brokers on billings and prepare of check request for brokers, forwarders shipping lines for units
4. Prepare and monitor savings on brokerage charges for units’ importation.
5. Assist the Impex Assistant Manager in ensuring the compliance with BOC, BOI and TC Regulations.
