Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises production personnel as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant during shift.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility
-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
