Responsibilities
Ability to handle high call volumes of both incoming and outbound calls/emails from BPO customers.
Maintaining a personal and professional service and ensuring to have open communication with your team members offshore and onshore.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate company reps when necessary.
Collaborate with the onshore team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Meet performance metrics and targets in line with company expectations.
