Assist the Compliance Officers in ensuring compliance with the reportorial requirements and other requests of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other regulatory authorities. Reports include, among others, the covered transaction and suspicious transaction reports and the monthly issuance and redemption report
Facilitate the application of SEC licenses of Company personnel as well as the renewal thereof
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on different compliance concerns
