Providing updates daily updates to sales team with regards to the status of their Sales Orders (SOs).
Verifying of unserved items and confirming if those items were truly out of stock or unavailable.
Daily checking or monitoring of replenishment list.
Returning Sales Orders to operations if stock is available, otherwise returning of Sales Orders if the items were not ordered from procurement.
