Preferred degree qualified preferably in Commerce, Business, IT, Finance or equivalent
A strong understanding of best practice systems, eg ISO, ITIL or other service and quality management standards
At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Experience working in ICT in an ASX listed company, preferably with global operations
Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
Strong business analysis background (5+ years) with strong analytical skills
