The HR Manager will be supporting and reporting to our Head of People and Culture PH. The main role is to manages key HR functions, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and enhancing the employee experience. Responsibilities include HR documentation, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment support.
