The Underwriting Assistant is primarily responsible for the acceptance of risks and computation of premiums for insurance coverage based on existing tariffs and related guidelines.
She/He is also responsible for providing operational and clerical support in the processing of applications for insurance coverage for all lines and sureties coverage and underwriting activities of the department.
