Process accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain updated records of customer accounts
Prepare and send invoices to customers
Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy
Assist with monthly closing procedures and provide support to the finance team as needed
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
