1. Supervises sampling inspection to assure that the product meets the customer requirements. 2. Checks and summarizes monthly data of non conformances found during product sampling inspection. 3. Verifies defects/ non conformances encountered by production to ensure quality.
4. Creates and maintains company quality documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc. 5. Leads material or tool evaluation to ensure conformance to customer/ process requirements. 6. Issues Corrective Action Report for all non conformance found in a process.
