• Validation process Hi guys I want to ask you a question about validation process. What is validation process? What if I didnt do well in that process? Im done with my initial and final interview and yes I got in.

    Basically it depends on the bpo company. But if you have the guts then there is a big possibility that you will be hire.

    yes it is, its usually a one day hiring process. There is a short test, typing test and then interview and then once passed you can get the offer within the day.
