To render assistance to the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Bank and the Head of Corporate and Custodianship in the supervision of Paralegals in performing
Corporate Secretary and other corporate housekeeping functions for subsidiaries and affiliates and patent and trademark registration requirements of Bank
To provide custodianship services to the different Bank Units of material contracts, licenses, permits and other material documents relative to the business of the Bank
To render legal advisory and opinion and draft and review contracts, form, and letters for all subsidiaries...
