The Accounting Operations Staff position is primarily responsible for the preparation of accounting entries for all manual transaction.
Responsibilities
Analyzes, prepares and encodes the accounting entries for all transactions that are manually handled in the GL Walker system or GDES received from the requesting unit
Reconciles entries encoded, various Sundry accounts and eDST affixed vs GL.
Prepares SL for manually handled accounts, ITR, cost allocation and supporting schedules for vehicles assigned.
Prepares month-end reports and supporting schedules.
