1. Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably BS or AB Psychology, Behavioral Science Graduate or other related course.
2. Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in various HR Functions, head experience of at least one (1) year required.
3. Must have basic training in personnel development, preferably with orientation in manufacturing industry and familiarity with ISO/FSMS requirement.
4. Strong computer skills, particularly MS Excel and Power Point.
