Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Law, Political Science, or equivalent.
With at least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
Must have an understanding of existing and new labor laws and regulations as released by DOLE and related government agencies.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
With good verbal and written communication skills.
