Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 5 years of experience in quantity take-off, BOQ pricing, and understanding the bid documents
With experience in evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors proposal and preparing cost development from scratch based on the works requirement and methodology.
