Creates Layouts, Flow Charts, Process Charts, Policies, Procedures, and Operational manuals for the Company.
Draft the standard operating guidelines, policies, and procedures before routing them to all reviewers and approvers prior to issuance.
Prepares the corresponding documentation or improvement report, including findings, recommendations, and action done.
Reviews analyzes, and recommends establishing standard processes based on the IE principles and best practices.
