In charge in communicating with the customers to confirm pick-up and delivery details and ensure satisfactory service.
Ensures to deliver and pick up items accurately, on time, and in good condition.
Issues and ensures completeness of AIR WAYBILL based on AP CARGO standards and details provided by the shipper or consignee.
Collects payments from shipper or consignee based on the paymode of transactions provided.
Remits payments collected from shipper or consignee and relay customers request like official receipts, statement of account etc.
