Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises production personnel as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant during shift.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility
-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent...
