Preferably 25-45 years old
Proven work experience in sales management (at least for 4-5 years)
Experience managing a sales team (at least for 2 years))
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Availability to travel as needed
Knows how to drive and with a valid driver's license.
Bachelor's/ College Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
