-Follow the company’s quality policies and procedures.
-Responsible for the release of test reports to the customer.
-Ensure customer’s payment completion and update before issuance of the test report.
-Follow-up and coordinate the status of test and billing of test samples between the customer and receiving officer, accounting/finance officer, and section heads.
-Update the status of the test report in the monitoring sheet.
-Entertains phone calls/ email inquiries of the customer.
