The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning compensation data at a micro and macro level, loading data into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to complete multiple submissions on schedule and with 100% accuracy. The candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel.
