HR GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of HR generalist experience (recruitment, training, employee engagement and performance management)
With ability to conduct trainings and arrange company eventsPreferably with demonstrated ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan
Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in microsoft office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage
