Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative, internally known as a Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged. The Client Engagement Associate is also expected to provide part-time support for the back-office team.
