The Legal Manager (Contracts Management) will directly report to the Vice President of Legal. He/she will assist in preparing and reviewing most of the Companys documents and contracts, researching various laws, rules and regulations, latest jurisprudence or memorandum orders, in order to help formulate sound legal advice for Management and the Board of Directors.
