Job Description:
Operational planning and process management to effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday QC operations
Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc
Project planning, monitoring and reviewing
Project management skills to drive improvement projects / initiatives
Knowledge in PM or analytics tools is an advantage
Understanding or knowledge of Digital levers (RPA, Analytics, ML and AI) would be an added advantage
PMP / Prince2 certification would be an added advantage
