Entirely responsible for all the cashiering transaction of the Dining and Room Service,
Bar and Banqueting, and all other related transaction and ensure the satisfaction of the guests with the service offered
Maintains well-groomed and pleasant personality
Knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions
Process customer orders accurately into the system
Process payments through cash, credit cards, or other payment methods
Operate POS System: Use the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and with accuracy.
