Performs regular compliance activities including preparation of tax returns, financial reports, account schedules, summary lists, sworn statements, and other required attachments. Ensures timely submissions and payments of these requirements with the different regulatory agencies (BIR, SEC, BOI, Local Government Unit).
Liaises directly with regulatory agencies in relation to registration, audit, application of certifications, refund, and other compliance related issues or initiatives.
