The Subsidiaries Compliance Officer, under the supervision of the Head, Subsidiaries Oversight Department (SOD), performs duties in assisting the Head, SOD to oversee the regulatory and corporate governance requirements of subsidiaries and to ensure that they are aligned with the parent companys compliance strategies and objectives.
