Key Responsibilities:
Files pleadings and other documents in courts, government agencies and other agencies
Liaise with court pr government personnel relative to filings, inquiries, and securing documents from said offices
Assist the Legal Secretary in drafting corporate documents (e.g. Secretary's Certificate, Board Resolution) and reportorial requirements (e.g. GIS)
Assist the Lawyers in dealing with clients and/or third parties relative to the case or issue being handled by the Department;
