Assist customers via calls and provide appropriate and timely resolution to concerns or queries following client's SOPs thereby ensuring customer satisfaction
Acts as the first line Service Desk POC for any technical concerns of customers […]
Must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading Italian
With at least 1 year customer facing work experience from any industry for foreign applicants and at least 1 year of BPO experience as an Italian speaker for locals
Service desk experience is a huge advantage but not required
Conversant in English as secondary language
