Assist in managing the Companys employee disciplinary process and grievance procedure, including, but not limited to, the preparation of notice to explain, conducting of administrative hearing and preparation of notice of decision;
Assist in representing, handling and overseeing employee grievances before courts, quasi-judicial bodies or administrative agencies;
Assist in providing training and guidance to employees to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
