We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Credit Collector to manage and recover overdue payments from members of the cooperative. The role involves contacting members, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact members to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely debt recovery.
Assist in reporting and monitoring outstanding balances.
