3.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to manage risk and regulatory compliance. （ must have knowledge how to issue NTE & NOD）
4.Ensures all personnel records are maintained as per requirements.
5. Ensures fullfill Dole Inspection compliance
