Were looking for a highly proactive Executive Assistant to the President with at least 5+ years of experience supporting owners or C-level executives.
Must be trustworthy with confidential matters, detail-oriented, and adaptable to ad hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate can wear multiple hats, handling executive support, administrative tasks, and more as needed.
Strong organizational skills for document management are a must. A background in real estate or property management is a plus!
Location: Philippine Wine Merchants, Pasay (On-site, Full-time)
