Ensures that complaints/concerns raised to the department by customers are attended to by all parties concerned on time
Establishes strong partnership with other operating units of the company to facilitate action on customers’ complaints/concerns
Keeps track of the actions taken on customers’ requests/ concerns requests /concerns and ensures that timely feedback is given to them
Qualifications and Standars:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration or any related field
Six (6) years of relevant experience, three (3) years of which are in a managerial capacity
