Prepare HRLR reports and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, resignations, terminations, and legal matters related to employee lawsuits.
Provide accurate and timely information to internal customers, preparing necessary documentation for case management and legislated requirements.
