We are looking to hire a Licensed Physical Therapist for our Pioneering PSR Clinical Account!
Tasks:
To complete a Progress Summary Report
Transcribe the information from the treating physical therapists Initial Evaluation (IE) and/or Progress Note (PN) onto the Streamline Progress Summary Report template. The information transcribed includes the report date, pain rating, range of motion (ROM), strength, functional lifting, work status, therapists summary assessment and plan of care/recommendations
Download and review the referral document
Update referral in Magellan system […]
